Whether you make, market, buy, serve, or simply enjoy it, food connects us all. And the food industry is constantly shaped by ever-changing innovations, behaviors, and flavors from around the world. The marketer that can act on these insights today is well-positioned for tomorrow.

This panel will delve into the top trends shaping consumer behavior, product categories, and brand strategy, based on Elevation’s reporting from the Specialty Food Association’s Fancy Food Show earlier this summer. From the lasting impacts of COVID to the future impact of GLP-1s, join top food marketers as they discuss what’s shaping the food sector and how marketers can take advantage today.

Afterwards, get a firsthand taste of these trends, with happy hour food and drink prepared by Chef Jason Alley.
