    Skillful Transitions:
    Defining Your Professional Self

    Presented by:
    Benita Conde, Create Radical Love

Join us for a workshop with Benita Conde, former ad industry executive and founder of the life coaching consultancy Create Radical Love. This hour-long program is focused on better connecting with your intuition, to help define your professional truths and values. In turn, that will help you create clarity around next professional action steps — whether its a new role with your current employer, a new one, or a new path entirely. Benita will offer explorations, experiments and writing prompts as part of the experience.

    Expect to discover:

    • How you can connect to your intuition.
    • How your intuition can offer insight into professional preferences and motivations
    • How to use the takeaway tool, “The Manual of Me,” which can help you refine how to write and speak about yourself when engaging around new opportunities.
    • Support for staying true to yourself, moving through disappointments, taking actions in a sustainable way and feeling less alone in these experiences.

Benita Conde is the founder of Create Radical Love, a life coaching and consulting approach for people who want to radically love their whole life experience, not just one or two of the compartmentalized parts. Benita is a former professional ballet dancer, a former personal trainer and an advertising industry executive with over 20 years of experience supporting and guiding the careers of creative people. She has been on a spiritual journey her whole life and has been sober for over 17 years. She now works with diverse individuals and businesses globally as a holistic coach inviting each client to lead with intuition, to define a calling and take action from an aligned, excited and Infinite place across all aspects of their life experience. She has designed a unique and radically loved life with her husband and son and is thrilled to share the approach with others. Benita is also co-host of the radio show and podcast, What We Know, What We Don’t, on KWVH radio.
